- Why is SSH not turned on?
The SSH is turned off as the default setting for security reasons. It can be turned on at your request.
- Where can i get SSH?

- Why isn't my e-mail working? Why can't I read or send mail?
If you can't read your e-mail you probably didn't set up your pop and smtp account correctly. Make sure you set up your pop and smtp to yourdomain.com. If you can't send mail, remember, you must check your e-mail before you can send mail.

- How do I FTP to my server?
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It's a way of
sending files across the Internet and is the easiest way to transfer files to
your site. Often, FTP clients are bundled with your Internet service provider
package. If not, you can download one from the links below.

Upload your html files in the htdocs folder. Upload your cgi files in the cgi-bin.
The easiest way to set your cgi files so they can be executed is to right click on them, select CHMOD,
and then select execute.
The path for cgi files is: http://www.yourdomainname.com/cgi-bin/filename.

Remember to FTP to yourdomain.com, don't try to use the IP address, it is unnecessary. |
- My server seems to be down, what should I do?
First thing first, stay calm. Then, try to verify that the server is in fact down.
You can do this by performing a trace route on the server. To perform a trace route open up the msdos prompt.
You can do this by going to the Start Menu, and clicking on Run. Type 'cmd' (or 'command') in the run prompt to open the msdos prompt.
Once there, type 'tracert yourdomain.com,' it will look something like this:

After the trace route finishes, copy the results and e-mail them to us with the topic
'TRACE ROUTE FOR yourdomain.com.' This will insure the fastest and most accurate help by us.
