Server Colocation F.A.Q.
  1. Where is my server(s) located?
    The Westin Tower in downtown Seattle unless specifically requested. Otherwise it can be located at the Harbour Centre in Vancouver, Canada, Pittok Internet Exchange in Portland, or Pihana Pacific in Los Angeles.

  2. What providers are in the data facility?
    Transit is provided by our own network, and additional providers are:
      - Time Warner
      - Shaw Cable
      - Genuity
    Additional providers outside the facility can be provided. Contact us for details.

  3. Can I get 24/7 access to the server?
    Yes, however normal business hours are preferred. After-hours access may be provided at a one time charge of $50(USD)

  4. How many crossconnects can i get?
    As many as you want. Crossconnects to Swift Communications network are free. Crossconnects to providers within the data facility are $200(USD) each monthly. Crossconnects outside of the facility cost $200 + additional fees.
