  2. Where do I get my gateway and subnet masks?
    Gateway and subnet mask are provided with your installation instructions. If you require additional assistance please contact us.

  3. How do I get additional capacity?
    Contact our Sales Division to get your connection upgraded.

  4. How long is installation time?
    Installation time is dependent upon the phone company. Typically this takes from one to three weeks. Swift Communications will have internet access prepared three days after the order is received.
